This is my second time back as my first experience with a different Mercedes went perfectly! Anyway Mercedes Benz vehicles can be a forfeit of an arm, leg or both so expecting the worse, I again saved 40% over other quotes and the outcome was a genuine concern for savings present and future. A family style approach that made me feel like they liked my car as much as I did and wanted it to perfect when they handed my keys black to me. Outstanding communication, walked me through the whole process as my car had to be completely disassembled at the front end. I was as confident as they were when I gave the okay and couldn’t be happier! Recommend without hesitation! Skilled, certified, real mechanics not just the code checkers that do what the computer tells them to do. First class!

Had an electrical issue and Ryan, Tom and others were able to diagnose and repair it while keeping me informed every step of the way. They were accommodating with providing me with transportation to and from while the car was being repaired. I’d recommend George’s to anyone and will returning.

Excellent place to have auto repairs done. They got the vehicle in quickly and repairs done fast. Communication has been excellent with the service writers and mechanic doing the work. I will definitely use them again if needed. Keep up the good work! Places like George’s are hard to find these days.

I need to compliment them on the speedy attention they gave me and the competence they showed in giving the proper problem diagnosis and the expert repair. I took my car to George’s after running over debris in the roadway. I didn’t have an appointment but Paul checked me in and advised I call my insurance company. I did and the repair was covered. Paul texted me several times to give me updates on the repair. They were fair and honest and I will continue having my car serviced at George’s
