Our experience at George’s was incredible from start to finish. The staff members were all incredibly kind, efficient, and pleasant to deal with both on the phone and in person. The service that was performed on our truck was completed as described and was excellent. Communication was also very good throughout the process. We are new to the community and took a chance on George’s. This chance paid off and we will now be loyal customers.

Had a nail in my tire. Paul had me in and out in 30 minutes. What great service. I have recommended George's auto shop to all my friends and family.

I have an extraordinary challenge in that I have one vehicle and a very sick (brain cancer) disables husband, and we are here in Cape Coral alone. When i called George's I barely was able to complete my issue when Tom stepped up and solved all of my car and access problems. In less than 24 hrs my car was repaired and in my driveway...and all of this during "season". These are outstanding mechanics and extraordinary human beings. They have my business for life. Georgia did a good job doing my rear shocks. Very easy to talk to. It took a little longer than I thought it would. And they did not tell that my rear pads were low. But all in all they were professional.

Had an appointment at 9 AM to have my brakes and AC worked on. 3 PM I pick up my car and nothing was done I called at 12 to find out the status and Paul said a few more hours I called at 2pm and I got yelled at by Paul. When I go to pick up my car, nothing was done no AC no breaks nothing five hours of wasted time and disrespected. . Absolutely disgusting service. I never will recommend George ever absolutely horrific service. if I were a man Paul would’ve never yelled at me for calling to find out about my car that has been there for five hours. And they still charged me to tell me the AC is blowing hot air..for what I told them
