Recently while having warranty service at my Chrysler dealership I was advised that my brake pads were in poor condition and required pad replacement. At mileage of 39,000 miles I thought it best to have a second opinion. I brought my 2012 Jeep to your facility for a brake inspection. After the inspection your advisor informed me that my brake pads had plenty of life left, there and there were no problems with the rotors. Your advisor did show me that my brake fluid was not in the best shape, cloudy & dirty, so I went ahead with a brake fluid flush & change. While it is great to save hundreds of dollars by not having a unnecessary brake job on two axles, even more important is the HONESTY your staff provided me !
