I brought my 2013 Ford explorer in to get looked at. At this point I already brought it to the Ford dealership twice for the same issue. Each time taking it to Ford...I was out of a car for several days at a time and it cost me several hundred dollars. I would never leave with confidence that they actually fixed the problem. The problem came back BOTH times...within a week. SO, I decided to take it to George's. Boy, am I glad I did. Not only was the service tech extremely knowledgeable, but he had great customer service. Throughout the day he called me several times to give me updates on what they were finding. Unlike other places...he did not try to sell me anything I "SHOULD" fix. Instead, he was honest, and gave me a list of things he felt were a priority as if it were his car. In ONE visit...and for way less...George's did what the Ford dealership couldn't do it TWO. This was about 3 months ago now. I have not had the problem since. Outside of warranty work..They will definitely be my new, family mechanic.

I'm a little confused by some of these responses. Let me tell you about my take as a customer of Georges and a consumer in general. First off, customer service is second to none here. I'm given a ride to my house or anywhere I need to go in their shuttle so I can wait for my repairs in comfort. Second, when they tell me there is a problem with my vehicle I'm walked out to my vehicle and shown exactly what the problem is. If I have specific questions the mechanics take time to explain in detail what the problem is. Third, my repairs come with a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. Talk about peace of mind!!! I can't find another shop let alone a dealership to offer that kind of warranty for my repairs. George's cost has always been competitive with other shops around town. I recently moved to Merritt island, FL and I still set my appointments with his shop for when I visit family back home. Go to George's and I promise you'll become a life long customer for a reason. They are the best at what they do. Ask for Ryan at the desk, you can't get a more friendly or knowledgeable service advisor.

I have lived in Cape Coral since 1997 and I am pleased to say that George's Auto Repair has been my savior for many of those years. THREE cars ago I quickly learned that it just made more sense to use the services provided by George's rather than identical services offered at my car's dealership. George's was a local business; his facility provides services by trained and certified auto technicians, his front desk staff are experienced and knowledgeable; his extended warranty (nationwide) gives me piece of mind when I travel outside of Cape Coral, AND his PRICES are very REASONABLE. Very good service. Communication of the engine problem in an understandable manner and kept in contact with me through repair process. Final cost and price quoted for service were consistent. Very happy with service and customer care. George is a first rate guy with a top notch service repair team. Will continue using for oil change and any future auto repair needs. I have taken my car to George's several times and have been extremely happy with the work that was done. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They will schedule your appointment at your convenience rather than at theirs; which has not always been my experience at other auto repair shops. I have never been charged for a diagnosis or an estimate for repairs which is very refreshing in this day and age. It is very apparent that they value their customers. They are honest, their prices are very fair and they guarantee their work. I highly recommend them.

The service is excellent! They are reliable and guarantee their work. The staff is very professional and responsive. They actually care about their customers, which I found very refreshing. They schedule appointments to accommodate the customer's schedule -- not the other way around. They diagnose problems at no charge which has not been my experience when I have taken my car elsewhere. I just can't give them enough praise!
