I brought my 2013 Ford explorer in to get looked at. At this point I already brought it to the Ford dealership twice for the same issue. Each time taking it to Ford...I was out of a car for several days at a time and it cost me several hundred dollars. I would never leave with confidence that they actually fixed the problem. The problem came back BOTH times...within a week. SO, I decided to take it to George's. Boy, am I glad I did. Not only was the service tech extremely knowledgeable, but he had great customer service. Throughout the day he called me several times to give me updates on what they were finding. Unlike other places...he did not try to sell me anything I "SHOULD" fix. Instead, he was honest, and gave me a list of things he felt were a priority as if it were his car. In ONE visit...and for way less...George's did what the Ford dealership couldn't do it TWO. This was about 3 months ago now. I have not had the problem since. Outside of warranty work..They will definitely be my new, family mechanic.
