Today was my first experience with George's. The staff was professional and friendly from the initial phone call until it was time to leave. The situation with my vehicle was explained in detail. I will absolutely return should the need arise for repairs and also for routine maintenance.

I had a screw in my tire on a Friday at noon and I was going on a long trip early Saturday morning. My pressure would go from 35psi to 13psi in about 4 hours. I went to Tire Kingdom and they told me I could wait 3-4 hours, or if I couldn't wait, they had a Tuesday appointment available. Then I went to Firestone and they told me a 1½ to 2 hour wait. The nail was right on the middle of the tread, nowhere near the sidewall, so I don't know why they both felt the need to remove the tire to repair it. So I just popped into George's to see if they could repair it. I think it took about 7 minutes for them to look at it, fix it on the vehicle and for me to finish paying, before I was on my way. Very friendly and professional. I usually do most of my own repair work, but if I have a big job that I don't want to tackle, I'll be back.

I had a appointment for an oil change. They were about 20 minutes late getting to me but they got it done quick and let me know about some other problems they saw but no pressure to fix them. Always seem to inform and let you make your own decisions.

Such an amazing experience! Everyone was extremely nice & friendly. They took me home while they were working on my car & picked me up when it was finished. Presented me with multiple options & weren’t pushy. Would highly recommend!
