Tom was the attendant that assisted me. He was informative with updates on the change and pushy with potential repairs. He even reminded me of long over due wipers that needed replaced I kept forgetting to get around to so I had them done there. I came in for a simple oil change with a coupon I received In the mail but the customer service was so stellar and professionalism like no other I’ll go back for everything. George’s has employees that breed a sense of trust you don’t find is your typical garage. They’re usually pretty busy and there’s a reason. Thanks fellas!

I brought in my 03 Deville for what I had suspected to be a failed wheel/hub bearing assembly. My service writer Tom was very professional, attentive and kept me updated frequently as to the status of the replacement of the faulty component. Steve, a lead service technician performed the actual repairs and did an exceptional job! The lounge was clean, orderly and the counter staff were welcoming and friendly! This is a small but very busy repair facility so I would recommend calling ahead just in case. Their labor rate and prices are very reasonable and comprable to other local repair shops in the area but I personally highly recommend George's complete auto for trustworthy workmanship and honesty.
