The staff took excellent care of my Oldsmobile and "never forgot" me; when I moved back to town in 2008, and brought in my Vibe. their computer still had a record of me as a customer. Staff know what they are doing and clearly explain options and operations. They provide updates, as well as rides to and from their premises, very helpful for one-vehicle households. I have confidence they will help me take care of my now 18-year-old car until it reaches "the end," and then will let me know the end has come. I trust my mobility to their knowledge and experience.
