Had an issue with my windshield whipers...they wouldn't shut off. First I took my vehicle to another big commercial company that didn't have the diagnostic equipment to even begin to troubleshoot the problem. Then after calling 2 different OEM dealerships, I was told I would have to wait up to 2 weeks to even get an appointment date for their service departments. I call George's. They were very helpful and got me in the same afternoon I called. They called me within 2 hours to give me a progress report and stated they would have a complete diagnosis and quote by the next morning. Like clock work they called me in the AM the next day and had an out the door quote for me. All in all they had my vehicle less than 24 hours. All the staff was friendly, professional, and the transparency and level of communication was top notch. Very much would recommend them to anyone.
