My car had an electrical problem that could be identified easily with modern diagnostic equipment. Instead, they found a way to drive up the cost of "diagnosis." I left a message at 1:00AM to not touch my car, but miraculously they identified the problem shortly after opening. I went back to the person who recommended them and he said that he had heard other complaints of overcharging and had stopped recommending them.
Hello Joe, Thank you for sharing your comments with us. We will use this information to better serve our customers. I want to apologize for the confusion we caused. I took a look at the invoice and found we put the labor for accessing and replacing the coil in the same category the diagnostics is under. You only paid $99.95 for the diagnostic. Tom than recommended we access the coil and verify the coil itself is bad and if so, replace it. The $209.84 was labor to do so. It should have been in the same category as the ignition coil. If you notice, there is no labor listed in the Ignition Coil category. Once again, I apologize and hope you reconsider using us in the future. Thanks George
