This may be decent shop under some circumstances. My experience wasn't great. They seem to way over book. So they want your car on Monday so they can look at by Wednesday or Thursday. They also separate fixing a problem from diagnosing a problem. Diagnosing a problem meant reading codes that I was already aware of. I ended up paying them $220 for reading a few codes and giving me an outrageous quote of $6,500 for catalytic convert problems. I found another shop that looked at the car the same day I brought it in, didn't try to charge a few hundred for a diagnosis and did the job for under $4,000. The place is too corporate. Find yourself a grease monkey you can trust.
We are sorry you feel this way, Kurt. Thanks for the 3-Star Review.
