We were completely satisfied beyond expectations! I waited for the work to be done so I experienced how the front counter associates worked (Tom assisted me, unfortunately I did not notice the other gentleman's name) answering calls and engaging in person customers. Tom was excellent, he really nailed customer service in every aspect of what's needed including going above and beyond expectations. Specifically, right off the bat he gave a friendly greeting, he listen to what my need was, he offered a brief explanation of what might be the issue and gave a clear picture of how the service would go. Further, he gave solid updates and assurances along the way (I was there for about 70-80 minutes). The discovered issues were explained in an easy to understand manner, I never got the feeling they were trying to "find" work. Rather he let me know what was more time sensitive to address, what could wait and why. Tom even put on a new oil change sticker as he wasn't happy with the initial one that smudged a little. It became easy to understand why George's Complete Auto Repair is so busy! As they are so busy, make sure to schedule an appointment if your need allows. Note: I know what right looks and feels like as I spent 41 years in profession of Sales & Customer Service. I did them both directly for a living as well as training and managing training (20 of those years) for onboard and ongoing training/development of Sales Associates, Front Office Associates and many levels of Management.
