I liked that I was kept informed every step of the way on the repairs to my vehicle. I was sent pictures of any issues found and offered options for repairs. Tom was my contact person and he was great. There was an issue with a part that was accidently damaged while working on other repairs and Tom advised that he would get the part right away and that he could pick up the vehicle from my home and return it once the repair was made the next day. I liked the service and will return to Georges.
