Knowingly they have a bad reputation, I still took my car there and gave them my trust. I paid for pressurize testing and they gave me "results" which cost me almost $1,300; aside of the $30 charge for pressurize testing. I left car there for "repair" and unfortunately, I was grieving my brother's death and drove off confiding that the car was fixed. Within 30 minutes, I took my car to the car wash then vacuum left car running and realized the car was over heating quickly. I panicked waited took the car to 7-11 to buy antifreeze. It got better for a few minutes until I drove again it was over heating. By that time, they were closed. Next day, I checked the oil and antifreeze, it was dry. I was supposed to drive 3 hours long distance and luckily I didn't, my motor would have blown. I drove it to there shop they explained what was replaced, but never apologized for not having the oil changed and filled with antifreeze. They said they just found the radiator leaking and it's another $800. Why didn't they find that in the first place when I paid $30 for pressurize testing? Some the put "black magic powder" (probably black pepper) to find seal leak in radiator. Who knows what else it'll clog up in the future. I had the worst experience there along with my landlord, Uber riders, and strangers that gave me the same feedback. Terrible service.
