Saturday morning, I rang George’s with an emergency repair needed on my Mini Cooper. Emergency because I’m moving on Wednesday and all I got was click-click-click when I tried to start my car. The chaps at George’s said to bring it in right away. Somehow I was able to start it and hobbled over to their shop. They quickly diagnosed multiple problems and were able to locate some very difficult-to-find parts needed for my repair. And they stayed a bit late over closing time to get the job done! George’s is a quality and honest garage. No matter where I live in Lee County, I will continue to patron their shop. George’s goes above and beyond for their clients. It’s a comfort knowing you can trust the advice and work performed by their team. And my Mini after I picked it up: Vroom Vroom!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you all!!!

Beware to everyone reading this. Just because they have a NAPA sign doesn't mean they hold to NAPA standards. I was visiting from out of town which I probably never should have told them. My AC was blowing hot and they said my system was leaking everywhere and I needed a completely new system. The cost was $2200 I am not a mechanic but something told me NO! So I drove home in 90 degree weather. My mechanic replaced the evaporator which was the only part leaking. The price $530 complete.

I understand and apologize for your frustration. You being from out of town is no reason to not take care of your dissatisfaction. I can't look up your invoices your contact info. Please contact us so we can work on a resolve for your concerns and inconvenience.
