“On a Saturday, I took my son’s car to George’s Complete Auto Repair to have some repair work done in preparation for his 12 hour drive back to college the following morning.  The repairs were extensive and took longer than estimated, but when 5:00 o’clock came George and his crew did not go home.  In fact, they stayed until 11:00 o’clock that evening until the job was done—at no extra charge!  Now that’s what I call quality customer care!”  -Gary Loderhose, Cape Coral.
